The mobile library complex powered by ASTEL travels throughout Kazakhstan

The Mobile Library Complex now travels to remote corners of the area. Access to the Internet and an electronic database of books is now available to residents of remote rural areas of Kazakhstan. A mobile library service complex, which has no analogues in the Republic, was put into operation. ASTEL has launched this social project commissioned by the Aktau library. The mobile library service complex was commissioned on December 13, 2013 in Aktau. The customer invited the Kazakhstan-Aktau TV channel to this event.

 

The mobile library is a book van equipped with both a book fund and a multimedia cabinet. As you know, in auls and villages for the most part it is difficult not only with the Internet, but also with communication. Mobile library users can have access to the World Wide Web and quality communication. About a thousand books are designed for different ages.

 

Thanks to the electronic database, new books and scientific films can be presented. And what is important, the library is equipped with a special device for lifting people with disabilities. According to experts, if the innovation becomes popular among residents, the pilot project will be developed. This is the instruction of the President 20 steps to the society of universal labor. Under this program, with the help of the regional akim, it became possible.
