Support can be provided as a stand-alone/separate service, or in addition to the communication services provided by ASTEL company. There are two options for providing technical support: outstaffing and system maintenance.

 

Outstaffing involves placing at the disposal of the client a certain number of ASTEL company employees who provide services (work) at the client's location.

 

System maintenance (SM) involves a set of measures to maintain the equipment in working condition, including preventive, planned, emergency work, as well as work on the replacement of individual parts and blocks, installation and configuration of equipment.

 

Technical support services are provided at a basic and individual tariff, depending on the work package.
