Telephony / Telephony for Legal Entities

This is the priority access to international and long-distant directions. The Company provides Telephony and Internet access services to the subscribers in the buildings, where JSC “ASTEL” provides telephone connection.

For the Services use the Subscriber is assigned with the subscriber telephone number in the location of connection to Service of the Subscriber’s terminal to be installed by the Subscriber in non-residential premises or office located at the certain address.

The Subscriber shall on its own acquire and install the terminal in non-residential premises or office and shall be liable for its safety and maintenance in proper working condition. The subscriber telephone number is not the property of the Subscriber.

For Services provision the Company connects the Subscriber’s terminal to its telecommunication network after the lump-sum payment by the Subscriber for connection to the Service and signing of the Contract.

For conclusion of the Contract for communication services provision the Company’s subscriber’s department must be submitted with the listed below documents and copies thereof. If no originals are submitted the copies must be notary certified.

The List of Documents:

• Certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity.


• Document evidencing the right of ownership, leasing/sub-leasing of the premises, where the Subscriber’s terminal is to be installed.


• Certificate of Taxpayer of the Republic of Kazakhstan on assigning of TRN (provision of taxpayer’s certificate is not required if the certificate of state registration (re-registration) of a legal entity bears the business-identification number).
